MICROSOFT HD AUDIO DRIVER INTERFERRENCE WITH REALTEK DRIVER INSTALL
This will certainly encourage more Windows Vista and XP users to install Windows 7 Beta for testing purposes. The latest HD driver version (2.16) supports both 32 & 64-bit Windows 7. I can't believe no one else has the same problem. Realtek has released a new version of High Definition (HD) audio driver that supports Windows 7. I have windows form the official website of microsoft, and I don't have too many programs installed (I didn't have time to install many). These are older (2.51) Realtek drivers that work on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Make sure the Parallels Audio Controller is installed.
Here comes the funny thing: Today is the first day I'm using the NEW laptop and I already had the distorsion problem twice. Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio is the sound driver for Windows Vista and older supporting many chipsets including Realtek, Sigmatel, Conexant, Adi, and CMedia. Finally I talked with the shop where I bought the laptop and they offered me a new one. I tried to reinstall the OS deleting everything as they suggested me (a clean installartion) and the problem was still there. After a week, the sent me back the laptop exactly with the same problem, they didn't fix it. 2563 If the sound drivers are not correctly installed or are outdated on. Hi there to everybody again! I didn't reply before because finally I sent my laptop to the technical service.
